中国实验快堆液封器性能实验研究

Performance Experiment Study for Liquid-sealer of China Experimental Fast Reactor

  • 摘要: 为验证中国实验快堆(CEFR)主容器液封器的安全性,设计建造了液封器研究实验装置。在该装置上进行了主容器液封器的超压保护动作实验、负压动作实验、超压动作后剩余压力实验及排气能力实验等研究。通过实验得到了主容器液封器的超压保护动作压力、负压动作压力、允许极限气流量及超压动作后进气管口剩余压力等重要性能参数。对实验现象和结果进行了分析研究,论证了主容器液封器性能实验结果应用于实际反应堆的可行性,为其在CEFR上的实际应用提供了可靠的依据。

     

    Abstract: Liquid-sealer experiment facility was designed and built in order to test the safety of the main vessel liquid-sealer on China Experimental Fast Reactor (CEFR). Overpressure protection action experiment, negative pressure action experiment, residual pressure experiment after overpressure action and gas exhausting capability experiment of main vessel liquid sealer were carried out on the experiment facility. Through the experiments, lots of important parameters of the pressure and gas flow were obtained. The analysis of the experiment performance and results provides credible basis of the practical use of the liquid sealer on CEFR.
