In order to study the turbulent heat transfer characteristics of liquid sodium on the surface of stainless steel material, based on the existing experimental research, the turbulent Prandtl number
Prt model under the k-ε model was proposed. The heat transfer characteristics of liquid sodium on the surface of the stainless steel material were calculated by using Fluent code. Compared with the existing experimental results, the theoretical design values are in good agreement. According to the currently proposed
Prt model, the heat transfer characteristics of liquid sodium flow on the surface of stainless steel material can be calculated more accurately.
