应力作用对电涡流法测试碳纤维复合材料位移的影响机理

Influence Mechanism of Load on Displacement Measurement of Carbon Fiber Reinforced Composite with Eddy Current Sensor

  • 摘要: 电涡流法是测试碳纤维复合材料(CFRP, carbon fiber reinforced composite)位移的常用技术。CFRP通常工作在较高应力水平,本研究针对应力作用下电涡流法测试CFRP位移开展了理论与实验研究。建立了应力作用下电涡流传感器测试CFRP位移的理论模型,分析了应力对该测试方法的影响规律。建立了原理性实验测试装置,测试了不同应力水平下电涡流法测试CFRP位移的传感器“输入-输出”曲线,获得了应力水平对传感器灵敏度的影响规律。通过理论与实验结果综合比较分析,证实了理论模型的有效性,并分析了应力对该测试方法的影响机理。

     

    Abstract: Eddy current method is a common technique to measure the displacement of carbon fiber reinforced composite (CFRP). CFRP often works on high level load, and the influence rule of load was studied with both theoretical and experimental methods in this research. The so called equivalent eddy current ring was used to develop the model aiming to simulate the measurement of CFRP displacement by eddy current method. In order to conduct experimental research, an experimental system was built. A kind of thin board, which is unidirectional CFRP, was taken as the specimens. The sensor calculation experiments were conducted for this specimen and the results were compared with numerical simulation results in detail. The validity of the theoretical model was proved. The influence rule of the load was analyzed.
