低压自然循环系统流动闪蒸过程流型研究

Study on Flow Pattern with Flow Flashing in Low-pressure Natural Circulation System

  • 摘要: 本文采用高速摄影和网格电导传感器对低压自然循环系统垂直上升段内闪蒸诱发的两相流流型演变开展研究。针对不同的流动状态,分别给出了稳定和不稳定两相流动条件下上升段内的流型种类。基于上升段内流体温度沿轴向的变化规律,确定流体温度沿轴向位置的转折点为闪蒸发生的起始位置。采用无量纲过冷数和闪蒸数,对低压自然循环系统的流动状态进行了划分;在入口过冷数小于12、闪蒸数介于4~5之间时,系统处于稳定的两相自然循环流动状态。

     

    Abstract: In this paper, the flow patterns of the two-phase flow induced by flow flashing were studied by using the high-speed photography and wire-mesh sensor in the vertical riser of a low-pressure natural circulation experimental loop. For different flow states of the natural circulation system, the types of flow patterns were presented on the conditions of stable and unstable states, respectively. Furthermore, on basis of the axial fluid temperature distribution, the location of sharp temperature drop was determined as the start point of flashing. Two-phase flow stability region can be determined by the inlet subcooling number and flashing number. When the inlet subcooling number is less than 12 and flashing number is between 4 and 5, the two-phase natural circulation flow induced by flashing is stable.
