Design and Development of 2 Hz Booster Power Supply

  • 摘要: 高能同步辐射光源(HEPS)的增强器电源为动态电源,输出电流是2 Hz的偏置正弦波。电源的前级设计采用了Boost电路结构,通过双闭环算法平稳了输入电感的电流,减少了因为动态电流输出导致的电网波动。输出采用两象限(2Q)变换器设计,通过移相倍频的方式产生PWM(脉冲宽度调制)波形,提高了电源输出频率。电源控制采用自主研发的基于FPGA的数字电源控制器,并通过上位机LabVIEW界面修改控制参数,实现了电源输出波形的下载与输出电流采样的存储。实验结果表明,2 Hz动态电源的输出性能达到并优于0.1%跟踪误差的设计指标,验证了电源设计的可行性和算法的准确性。

     

    Abstract: The booster power supply for the High Energy Photon Source (HEPS) is a dynamic power supply with an output current of 2 Hz offset sine wave. The input stage design of the power supply adopted the Boost circuit structure, and the current of the input inductor was smoothed by the double-closed loop algorithm, which reduced the grid fluctuation caused by the dynamic current output. The output adopted a two quadrant converter design, which generated PWM (pulse width modulation) waveform by phase shift multiplication, and improved the output frequency of the power supply. The power control adopted the self-developed FPGA-based digital power controller, and the control parameters were modified by the LabVIEW interface of the host computer to realize the waveform download and output current storage. Experiment results show that the output performance of 2 Hz dynamic power supply is better than the design index of 0.1% tracking error, which verifies the feasibility of power supply design and the accuracy of the algorithm.
