医用回旋加速器高频控制系统设计

Design of Medical Cyclotron High Frequency Control System

  • 摘要: 中国工程物理研究院流体物理研究所自主研制了用于医疗诊断的PET医用回旋加速器。为满足该医用回旋加速器安全、稳定运行的要求,采用了不带低电平控制功能的高频系统,避免了直接接触高压的危险。选用西门子的S7-1500可编程控制器为前端控制器,完成了系统工作频率的精确扫描,实现了高频系统相位稳定、幅度稳定、安全联锁等。该系统连续运行的结果表明:控制系统的设计满足加速器运行及调试要求,为系统的稳定运行提供了支撑。

     

    Abstract: The Institute of Fluid Physics of China Academy of Engineering Physics independently developed a PET medical cyclotron for medical diagnosis. In order to meet the safe and stable operation of the medical cyclotron, the high frequency system without low level control function was adopted to avoid the danger of direct contact with high voltage. Siemens S7-1500 programmable controller was selected as the front-end controller to complete the accurately scanning of the working frequency about the system, realize the phase and amplitude stability of the high frequency system, and realize the safety interlock and other functions. The results of continuous operation of the system show that the design of the control system meets the requirements of accelerator operation and debugging, and provides strong support for the stable operation of the system.
