Radioactivity Concentration Measurement of 85Kr Using Length-compensated Internal Gas Proportional Counting Method

  • 摘要: 放射性惰性气体活度浓度的绝对测量是进行其量值传递的基础。为实现放射性惰性气体85Kr活度浓度的定值,本工作基于内充气正比计数器长度补偿法,进行了85Kr放射性活度浓度的绝对测量。结果表明,在气压56.15 kPa、工作电压1675 V和 1700 V条件下,85Kr放射性活度浓度为10.64 Bq/mL,合成标准不确定度为0.60%,与国际先进核素计量实验室关于85Kr的测量结果的合成标准不确定度水平相当。

     

    Abstract: The radioactivity concentration absolute measurement of radioactive noble gas is the basis for the transmission of its quantity value. In order to determinate the value of 85Kr radioactivity concentration, the absolute measurement of 85Kr radioactivity concentration was carried out based on the length-compensated internal gas proportional counting method. The results show that the radioactivity concentration of 85Kr is 10.64 Bq/mL at pressure of 56.15 kPa and working voltage of 1 675 V and 1 700 V, and the combined standard uncertainty is 0.60%. The combined standard uncertainty is equivalent to the result reported by the international advanced nuclide metrology laboratory.
