小型NaK热真空电磁泵设计及其特性实验研究

Design and Characteristic Experiment Research on Small NaK Thermal Vacuum Electromagnetic Pump

  • 摘要: 采用等效电路法设计了额定工作温度为500 ℃、额定流量为11 m3/h、额定扬程为30 kPa的小型NaK热真空电磁泵。利用中国原子能科学研究院的ATC-SNaK装置获取该电磁泵的工作特性曲线,并分析了工质温度、功率、运行频率对其运行特性的影响。结果表明,泵最优运行频率与NaK工质的温度相关。本文研究结果对泵的设计及运行程序的制定具有指导意义。

     

    Abstract: Equivalent circuit method was adopted to design a small NaK thermal vacuum electromagnetic pump of which the rated working temperature was 500 ℃, rated flow rate was 11 m3/h and rated head was 30 kPa. The ATC-SNaK facility of China Institute of Atomic Energy was used to obtain the operating characteristic curves of the electromagnetic pump. The influence of working medium temperature, power and operating frequency on the running characteristics of the pump was analyzed. The results show that the optimum operating frequency of the pump is related to the working medium temperature of the NaK, which is meaningful for the design of the pump and development of the operating procedure.
