Abstract:
Based on the elastic-plastic correction factor (KE) of austenitic stainless steel provided by the nuclear code, the sensitive parameters were analyzed. It is determined that the minimum conservative margin is 12% between simplified elastic-plastic fatigue analysis results and nuclear code limit of stainless steel Z2CND18.12 (nitrogen control). The Chaboche constitutive model parameters of titanium alloy TA16 were obtained at 30 ℃ and 350 ℃ in view of the uniaxial tension, strain and stress cycling test results. The elastic-plastic analysis of TA16 under various sensitive factors was carried out and the correlation coefficients of KE for TA16 were derived by referring to the KE expression of austenitic stainless steel and KE minimum conservative margin of Z2CND18.12 (nitrogen control). The correlation coefficients A, B, C, m and n of TA16 are 1.37, 1.26, 1.37, 2.0 and 0.25, respectively.
