Abstract:
The acceleration time history works as an important input for anti-seismic analysis and test of structure and component in a nuclear power plant. Based on a modified narrow-band time history construction, a high-precision algorithm of generating artificial acceleration time history compatible with the specified target response spectra was proposed by combining both the frequency-domain adjustment method and the time-domain adjustment method. The RG1.60 standard response spectra and two floor response spectra with increased matching complexity were used as samples to test the effectiveness and robustness of the proposed algorithm respectively. The results show that the relative matching deviation doesn’t exceed 10% and good matching convergence is obtained with a few iterations. The algorithm can generate high-precision and nuclear-safety regulatory artificial acceleration time history, and has important application value in the anti-seismic design of nuclear power plant.
