基于格林函数方法的核部件疲劳分析方法研究

Study on Fatigue Analysis Method of Nuclear Component Based on Green’s Function Method

  • 摘要: 格林函数法是一种快速求解热应力的方法。本文阐述了格林函数法的理论,并采用快速傅里叶变换(FFT)的方法加速其中关键积分的计算速度;还对疲劳分析后续流程进行了讨论,包括应力线性化、应力极值点选取、雨流计数法应力配对和环境疲劳修正因子计算。结合核电站典型部件模型对开发的程序和算法与ANSYS结果进行了对比验证,对比结果很好地证明了算法和程序的正确性。

     

    Abstract: The Green’s function method is a fast solution method of thermal stress. In this paper, the theory of Green’s function method was stated and the fast Fourier transform (FFT) was used to accelerate the calculation of key integral. The process of fatigue analysis was also discussed, including stress linearization, stress extreme points selection, stresses states pairing by the Rain flow counting method and the calculation of environmental fatigue correction factor. A test case with typical component of the nuclear power plant was conducted to validate the algorithms and programs, comparing with ANSYS solution. The validity of program and algorithm is well proved by the comparison result.
