热电子发射同轴二极管几何结构对空间电荷限制流的影响

Influence of Geometry for Hot Electron Emission Coaxial Diode on Space Charge Limited Current

  • 摘要: 本文基于同轴二极管一维空间电荷限制流经典理论公式,利用CST粒子工作室研究了热电子向外发射同轴二极管二维空间电荷限制流随二极管几何结构参数变化的规律和几何结构对虚阴极产生临界条件的影响。结果表明,二极管修正系数是纵横比的单调递减函数;随阳极半径与阴极半径比值的增大,修正系数逐渐降低;二极管的电压、阳极和阴极半径及阴极长度均会影响虚阴极的产生。本文研究结果将为射频四极管结构设计及优化提供参考和理论依据。

     

    Abstract: Based on the classical theoretical formula of one-dimensional space charge limited current for coaxial diode, the change regulation of two-dimensional space charge limited current of the hot electron outwardemission coaxial diode with the geometric parameter of the diode and the influence of geometric structure on the critical condition of virtual cathode generation were studied by CST particle studio. The results show that the correction coefficient of diode is a monotonic decreasing function of aspect ratio. The correction coefficient decreases gradually as the ratio of anode radius to cathode radius increases. The voltage of diode, the radius of anode and cathode and the length of cathode all affect the production of virtual cathode. The study result in this paper will provide reference and theoretical basis for the design and optimization of RF tetrode structure.
