Abstract:
Pseudo peak and peak drift easily occur when the existing Gaussian response matrix is used to reconstruct high resolution γ energy spectrum. In this paper, the weak variation factor influenced by temperature, humidity, voltage, etc. was studied to correct the Gaussian response matrix to improve accuracy. The IAEA deconvolution test spectrum and GMX40P HPGe measured spectrum were utilized to test the correcting Gaussian response matrix’s performance. The relative deviation of reconstruction results is within 10.25% and 5.50% respectively.
