高放废液玻璃陶瓷固化电熔炉耐火内衬材料选择及熔炉构型初步设计

Selection of Refractory Lining Material and Preliminary Design for HLLW Glass Ceramic Curing Electric Furnace

  • 摘要: 耐火内衬材料是焦耳加热玻璃陶瓷固化电熔炉安全性与使用寿命的决定性因素之一,开展电熔炉耐火内衬材料的选择研究,探讨熔炉耐火内衬材料关键特征,可助力我国高放废液玻璃陶瓷固化技术的工程化,具有现实意义。本文充分调研了国外玻璃固化设备内衬材料,并对内衬材料的性能和主要成分进行了比对。结果表明,Monofrax K-3、E铬刚玉耐火砖和圣戈班CZ、Z锆刚玉耐火砖是优秀的候选耐火内衬材料,可作为生产国产化熔炉耐火内衬材料的参考对象。在此基础上初步设计熔炉构型,并提出了熔炉耐火砖摆放方式初步设想。

     

    Abstract: Refractory lining material is one of the decisive factors for the safety and service life of joule-heated glass ceramic curing electric furnace. It is of practical significance to carry out research on selection of refractory lining materials and explore its key characteristics to help realize HLLW glass ceramic curing technology engineered in China. In this paper the lining materials of foreign glass curing equipment were fully investigated and the properties and main components were compared. The results show that Monofrax K-3, E chrome corundum refractory bricks, Saint-Gobain CZ and Z zirconium corundum refractory bricks are excellent candidate refractory lining materials and can be used as reference objects in the production of domestic furnace refractory lining materials. On this basis, the furnace configuration is designed and the arrangement of refractory bricks is proposed.
