基于小型医用回旋加速器的液体靶研制

Development of Liquid Target Based on Small Medical Cyclotron

  • 摘要: 基于中国工程物理研究院流体物理研究所11 MeV小型医用回旋加速器研制了一套以银为靶腔材料,通过18O(p,n)18F反应生产18F的小体积液体靶。本文详细介绍靶体结构设计过程及其热力学分析结果,并对其冷却性能和打靶过程中靶系统的稳定性进行测试。分析结果表明,本实验靶系统具备良好的稳定性。在实验条件下,实验结构稳定性好,可重复性高。在30 μA的束流强度轰击下,所得产物的放射性活度稳定性较好,均值为5.846×1010 Bq,大部分产额分布在理论产额的65%~75%之间。

     

    Abstract: Based on 11 MeV small medical cyclotron of Institute of Fluid Physics, Chinese Academy of Engineering Physics, a set of small volume liquid target system with silver as target cavity material was developed by 18O(p,n)18F reaction. The design process of target structure and its thermodynamic analysis results were introduced in detail in this paper. The cooling performance and the stability of the target system were tested. The analysis result shows that the target system has good stability. Under the experimental conditions, the experimental structure has good stability and high repeatability. Under the beam intensity of 30 μA, the activity stability of the products is good, with an average of 5.846×1010 Bq, and most of the yields are between 65% and 75% of the theoretical yield.
