Abstract: The development of radiopharmaceuticals in the last seventy years since the establishment of CIAE was reviewed. The technologies of research, development and production on radiopharmaceuticals, radiolabeled compounds and radioimmunoassay along with main products and achievements were described. Based on the above analysis, the main developmental directions in the future are put forward.
