医用回旋加速器常见固体靶金属核素应用优势与生产实施

Application and Production Implementation of Common Solid Target Metal Radionuclide Produced by Medical Cyclotron

  • 摘要: 为促进固体靶金属核素的生产与临床转化,进一步发挥其临床应用优势,北京协和医院基于医用回旋加速器,设计了制备场地布局及放射防护方案,分析了固体靶金属核素的特性及其生产实施方案。结果显示,该制备场地设计完备、布局合理,可实施固体靶金属核素64Cu、89Zr以及44Sc的生产研究;这些核素具有良好的物理特性及广泛的临床用途,其临床应用范围有望得到进一步扩展,从而促进新型治疗领域与诊疗一体化发展。本研究结果可为医疗机构固体靶金属核素的生产实施与临床应用提供参考。

     

    Abstract: To promote the production and the clinical translation of solid target metal radionuclides, and further develop its clinical application advantages, based on the medical cyclotron, the arrangement for preparation site and radiation protection scheme were designed, and the characteristics of solid target metal radionuclides and their production implementation schemes were analyzed in Peking Union Medical College Hospital. The results demonstrate that the design and the arrangement for the preparation site are complete and reasonable, which can be used to investigate the production of 64Cu, 89Zr and 44Sc. These solid target metal radionuclides have favorable physical properties and extensive clinical applications. Their clinical applications are expected to be expanded, as a result, the innovative treatment and the integration of diagnosis and therapy could be promoted. The results of recent study can provide some references for the production and the clinical application of solid target metal radionuclides in medical institutions.
