快堆控制关键技术突破与工程实践

Technological Breakthrough and Engineering Practice in Instrumentation and Control System of Fast Reactor

  • 摘要: 核能作为清洁能源的重要性日益凸显,快堆作为第四代核能系统的核心堆型,具有铀资源利用率高、核燃料增殖能力强及放射性废物处理等优势,是我国核能发展战略的重要环节。本文聚焦我国大功率快堆反应堆控制技术突破与工程实践,介绍我国快堆技术的自主创新与相关产业升级。通过自主研发涉钠仪表(如永磁式钠流量计、互感式钠液位计等),突破多项关键技术,实现了国内生产配套;建立了全厂主要控制系统仿真模型,优化控制方案并成功应用于快堆工程;首次在快堆领域应用全数字化技术,完成保护系统设计、集成、测试与验证,实现国产化开发。结果表明,这些技术突破满足了大功率快堆在各种工况下的测量和控制功能要求,提升了自动化水平和系统可靠性。这些成果不仅为我国快堆技术发展提供了重要保障,也为核能技术的产业升级和商业化推广奠定了坚实基础。

     

    Abstract: The significance of nuclear energy as a clean energy source is increasingly prominent. Fast reactor, as the core reactor type of the fourth-generation nuclear energy system, has advantages such as high uranium resource utilization rates, strong nuclear fuel breeding capability, and effective management of radioactive wastes. They are an important part of China’s nuclear energy development strategy. This paper focused on the technological breakthroughs and engineering practices of the reactor control system in China’s high-power fast reactor, introducing the independent innovation of China’s fast reactor technology and the related industrial upgrading. In the research, by independently developing sodium-related instruments (such as permanent magnet sodium flow meters and mutual inductance sodium level meters), multiple key technologies were broken through to achieve domestic production and supply. A simulation model of the main control systems of the plant was established, the control scheme was optimized, and it was successfully applied to the high-power fast reactor project. For the first time in the fast reactor field, full digital technology was applied to complete the design, integration, testing, and verification of the protection system, achieving domestic development. The results show that these technological breakthroughs meet the measurement and control function requirements of the high-power fast reactor under various operating conditions, and enhance the level of automation and system reliability. These achievements not only provide important guarantees for the development of China’s fast reactor technology, but also lay a solid foundation for the industrial upgrading and commercial promotion of nuclear energy technology.
