Development and Innovation of Linear Accelerator in China Institute of Atomic Energy

  • 摘要: 直线加速器是核科学与技术应用的重要装置,中国原子能科学研究院(简称原子能院)自建院以来,已经历70余年的直线加速器技术的发展与创新,在加速器的多学科、多应用领域取得重要成果,并由此带动了我国核科学技术基础研究和应用技术的发展。本文在回顾直线加速器发展历程的基础上,重点阐述近十年原子能院围绕直线加速器的技术创新和应用拓展,梳理了原子能院电子直线加速器从固定型号的定型产品到能量可调、紧凑小型等系列化新型加速器的不断创新发展、强流质子直线加速器在多脉冲模式实验平台建设以及超导技术的突破,并进一步展望未来原子能院直线加速器的技术发展趋势以及战略发展方向,以期继续引领创新,满足新形势下国家核科技快速发展的需要。

     

    Abstract: The linear accelerator is a key technology of nuclear science and technology applications. Since its establishment, China Institute of Atomic Energy (CIAE) has been committed to the research and development of linear accelerator technology, and has a history of more than 70 years of innovative development. It has made great achievements and historic contributions to the multi-disciplinary and multi-application fields at CIAE, which has led to the progress of basic research and application technology of nuclear science and technology in China. After a review of the development history of linear accelerator, this paper focuses on the scientific and technological innovation and application of linear accelerator in the last 10 years. This paper has sorted out the continuous innovative development of the electron linear accelerator and high-intensity proton linear accelerator of CIAE. The electron linear accelerator has evolved from a standardized products to a series of new electron linear accelerators, such as adjustable energy electron linear accelerators and compact size electron linear accelerators. The high-intensity proton linear accelerator has broken through the construction of multi-pulse mode experimental platforms and superconducting technology. This paper further explores the future technological trends and strategic directions of the linear accelerator of CIAE, with the aim of continuing to lead innovation and meeting the urgent needs of the rapid development of national nuclear technology in the new era.
