核设施退役中切割技术研究现状

Research and Development Status of Cutting Technology in Nuclear Facility Decommissioning

  • 摘要: 核工业发展是我国“十四五”规划的关键一环,反应堆退役工作是先进核工业体系建设的重要组成部分,切割解体技术是反应堆退役工作中的关键技术,也是反应堆退役过程中的瓶颈技术。因此,切割技术的研究具有重大意义。本文对核设施退役中的水下切割技术、切割解体技术的特点和分类进行了概述,重点分析了水下激光切割技术、水下等离子切割技术、水下圆盘锯切割技术、金刚石线锯切割技术与高压水切割技术在核设施退役中的研究现状。通过调研分析后认为,水下冷切割技术具有多方面的切割能力,与水下热切割技术相比更具优势。因此,水下冷切割技术适用于核设施退役中强放射性管道的切割解体。此外,在空气中,金刚石线锯切割技术与高压水切割技术应用比较广泛,具备各自的切割优势。最后,本文依托101重水研究堆退役项目背景现状,提出了切割技术进一步的研究发展方向。

     

    Abstract: The development of the nuclear industry is a key part of China’s “the 14th Five-Year Plan”, and reactor decommissioning is an important part of the construction of advanced nuclear industry system. Cutting and disassembling technology is the key technology in reactor decommissioning and the bottleneck technology in the process of reactor decommissioning. Therefore, the research of cutting technology is of great significance. In this paper, the characteristics and classification of underwater cutting technology and cutting disassembling technology in the nuclear facility decommissioning were summarized. The research status of underwater laser cutting technology, underwater plasma arc cutting technology, underwater disc saw cutting disassembling, diamond wire spacing cutting technology and high pressure water cutting technology in the nuclear facility decommissioning was analyzed. After investigation and analysis, it is concluded that the underwater cold cutting technology has various cutting capabilities, good incision quality, easy operation, cutting process, no pollution to the environment, no risk of fire, and has more advantages than the underwater hot cutting technology. Therefore, the underwater cold cutting technology is suitable for the cutting and disassembling of medium and strong radioactive pipelines in the nuclear facility decommissioning. In addition, in the air, diamond wire spacing cutting technology and high pressure water cutting technology are widely used, and have their own cutting advantages. Finally, based on the background of Heavy Water Research Reactor, this paper puts forward the further development direction of cutting technology.
