Design and Improvement of Consequences Assessment Program for Nuclear Accidents in Emergency Decision Support System

  • 摘要: 应急决策支持系统中核事故后果评价程序用于计算放射性核素浓度与辐射剂量的时空分布,并对应急中防护行动的确定提供建议。为了适应目前主流的计算机配置与软件设计思想,现对事故后果评价程序进行重新设计。改进其功能、逻辑结构与接口设计,提高计算能力与应用范围。添加避迁、永久再定居以及食品及饮用水控制行动决策,可对操作干预水平进行修订。采用浏览器/服务器框架结构,优化数据存储方案,实现对接口参数的统一管理,以减小程序运行限制与维护代价,提高运行效率。新版应急决策支持系统将为我国核电厂事故应急提供更加完善的技术支持。

     

    Abstract: The consequences assessment program for nuclear accidents in emergency decision support system is used to calculate the spatial and temporal distribution of radio nuclides’ concentration and dose and provides advice for making sure the emergency decision. This program was resigned to adjust to the mainstream of computer configuration and software design philosophy. At the same time, the computing capability and the application scope of emergency decision support system were improved by modifying the functions, logical structure and interfaces of the program. In the improved program, actions of relocation, permanent relocation, and food and water control can be considered and the operational intervention levels can be revised. Also, through using browser/server framework unified management of interfaces, the operational limits are broken and maintenance costs of the designed program are decreased. Moreover, the operating efficiency is enhanced by optimizing the data storage scheme. The new version of emergency decision support system could provide more comprehensive technical support to the emergency in nuclear accidents.
