Research and Development of Protection OPC Server for China Advanced Research Reactor Digital Monitoring System

  • OPC server was developed as I/O driver to communicate the digital monitoring system of China Advanced Research Reactor iFIX and protection system. The framework and working principle of the OPC server were researched, and an effective method was developed to resolve the special communication protocol. After commissioning and testing, the results show that this method is reliable and stable, makes the system easy to configure, and can reduce the complexity of the system.
